Terms and Conditions
- Experience Descriptions
- The information provided by Red Rush on each experience is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of experiences may change slightly during the year. Details of each experience are available from our Customer Experience Centre on 0845 6800 498 at any time. Your participation is conditional on your acceptance of the experience description as provided at the time of booking.

- Experience Images
- The images used in all promotional literature to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only.
- top
- Experience Venues
- The Red Rush network of experience suppliers includes many of the UK’s best experience venues. We are always adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally we may need to withdraw venues featured for reasons beyond our control. If your chosen location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible. Where locations are stated as ‘UK wide’, locations may be limited in remote areas. Each venue has its own terms and conditions and your participation is also conditional on your acceptance of these.

- Session Lengths
- Session lengths are approximate and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will usually be taking turns with other people and there may be waiting time involved. We give itineraries as a guide only and the running order of an event may change.
- top
- Restrictions
- Certain experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements; e.g. age, health or weight. We will confirm with you at the time of booking if any restrictions apply to the participant. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met.
- top
- The Weather
- Many Red Rush experiences are dependent on the weather and we will advise you if you need to call to check the weather before setting out. If your experience is cancelled due to the weather by the supplier you will be able to re-book, but your re-booked experience remains subject to weather conditions and the terms and conditions of the venue. If you cancel due to the weather then this incurs our normal cancellation charges.

- Availability
- All our experiences are offered subject to availability. The most recent information on dates when an experience is available may be ascertained by calling our Customer Experience Centre on 0845 6800 498. We will do our best to secure your preferred choice of dates. To help us, please book as early as possible and, in any event, at least 31 days in advance and further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. You should not make any arrangements in connection with the experience until you have received your booking confirmation.

- Inclusive
- We welcome the participation of disabled people in our experiences, though we recognise that certain experiences may present difficulties for those with disabilities. We are committed to ensuring that disabled customers are given every opportunity to participate, so we ask that you tell us about any relevant disability at the time of ordering. This enables us to do our best to meet the participant’s particular needs. We will be happy to provide information about the disabled facilities available at specific venues on request.
- top
- Complaints
- We welcome your feedback on all of our experiences. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the manager at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right. In general, we consider it unreasonable if you take no action during an event, but then write a letter of complaint at a later date.

- Voucher Conditions
- Each voucher will show a voucher reference number, which must be quoted when dealing with Red Rush and which will be used to identify your payment. These will be required when making a booking by post or online. Red Rush will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud.
The voucher expiry date will be detailed on your voucher and will be for six months from date of purchase. No re-validation of vouchers is available.

- Experience Vouchers
- Experience Vouchers allow the recipient to choose from a selection of Red Rush experiences. Please note that the selection detailed at the time of purchase may change from time to time.

- Refunds and Cancellations
- We are happy to make refunds on a valid unused voucher bought direct from Red Rush minus a 15% administration charge. Changing a booked date amounts to a cancellation, so once your booking has been made you will incur cancellation charges if you have to re-book. Red Rush does not accept re-bookings or cancellations within 31 days of a booked experience.
- Sometimes we have to cancel an experience for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer you an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, Red Rush cannot offer a refund on any expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience.
- Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the experience, and if originally purchased by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the card has expired you will need to request a refund in writing, quoting details of a new credit card.
- Red Rush Vouchers have no actual cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash other than as stated herein.
Refunds are not applicable to experience vouchers that have less than 7 days until the stated expiry date or on expired experience vouchers.
- Refunds are not applicable to experience vouchers that have been damaged or defaced in any manner.
Refunds are not applicable for experience vouchers that are presented in photocopied format

- Expiry
- No extension of stated expiry date is available.

- Damage
- Any defaced or damaged Experience Vouchers are invalid. The risk of theft or other loss of an Experience Voucher for any reason is borne by the Experience Voucher holder.

- Other Terms And Conditions
- Prices include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of print, but we reserve the right to increase the price of any experience without notice. You will be notified of any price increase before you place your order.
In order to maintain the highest standard of customer service and to help with the ongoing training of staff we listen to and occasionally record telephone calls.
- While we take every care in choosing our experience suppliers, inclusion of an experience in our range does not mean that we guarantee the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of the experience suppliers. Red Rush’ liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single voucher or experience shall not exceed the price of that experience. This excludes claims arising from personal injury or death due to the negligence of Red Rush.
The text, illustrations and images used in all Red Rush promotional literature are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of Red Rush.
- All the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of using any voucher, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser. Red Rush reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers.
