If the term 'board of directors' conjures up images of a collection of booted and suited corporate types who are far removed from the world of sporting activities, then you won't find them here. All our Directors and Managers have been activity junkies for years (collectively 50 years to be precise!). This means that, between them, they have taken part in every activity on this website so they KNOW how good they are and promote them to you knowing you will too. So, using their business expertise, they set up a UK network of activity operators to ensure that wherever you are you can take part. That is Red Rush - totally committed to promoting and providing the very best adrenalin activities. Enjoy!

Bernie: Our CEO & FD (Chairman & Financial Director); Adrenalin junkie & highly experienced businessman Bernie plays paintball at competition level with windsurfing coming a close second in his passion for adrenalin activities. But in his wild past he has also leapt out on a bungee rope, ridden bare-back on a wild Spanish pony, climbed many a rock face (with and without ropes), taken on the rapids on a white water raft and snow boarded off-piste. But these days if he is not spraying the opposing paintball team with paint he can be seen out on the waves or lakes speeding across wind-torn waters on his wind-surfer.; View a Larger Image
Dan: Our MD & TD (Managing & Technical Director); Dan's primary passions are snowboarding and mountain-biking with sailing and wind-surfing coming a close joint second. Dan dabbles in many other activities on a regular basis, namely quad biking, clay pigeon shooting and karting. Dan's business acumen is of the same high calibre as his sporting prowess, gaining managerial experience with two UK blue chip companies and one of the UK's top activity companies before his involvement in Red Rush. He now runs the company with a cool calm hand on the tiller. Hard to believe this when you see him ripping up the side of a rock strewn hillside on his bike or snaking down the piste on his trusty snowboard.; View a Larger Image
Becky: Our BDD (Business Development Director); Adventurous would be a suitable word for Becky. She has travelled extensively and taken part in some pretty extreme activities. The craziest being her shark dive despite having a long-standing and deep-seated fear of these cunning predators. Being part of the annual Great Australian Outback Cattle Drive ranks up there as one of her best memories. In her role she gets to try most of the activities so she can ensure they are up to the mark. Becky joined Red Rush with a strong business background having worked at a managerial level in product and business development for two of the UK's top leisure companies.; View a Larger Image
Fran: Our HRD (Human Resources Director); As our HRD, Fran takes on the formidable tasks of overseeing the day to day running of the Personnel, Administration and Accounts Departments along with the multitude of tasks and responsibilities that fall into the twilight world of no mans land also falling squarely in her "in tray". Bringing a wealth of experience to the company from running two of her own highly successful companies and working as a senior manager in a leading incentive and event management company. Fran loves all things active but especially Hiking, Kayaking and has recently found keeping up with her 3 very active kids an extreme sport in itself. She puts snowboarding top of her list of sports 'to get into' next.; View a Larger Image
Celia: Our SD & MD (Sales & Marketing Director); Quad biking, laser combat and clay shooting are the regular activities that Celia takes part in. She has recently given wind-surfing a shot but spends more time in the water than on the board. But she needs to stay on the ball as she overseas our very busy Sales Department who book 10,000 participants a month into our activities across the UK. Celia has brought years of experience to Red Rush from her senior management positions with internationally renowned blue chip companies and from running two of her own thriving businesses.; View a Larger Image
Rob: Our MM (Marketing Manager); Rob 'Googliffe' Goodliffe enjoys all adrenaline sports, preferably ones that involve sunshine, waves, and women in bikinis. When not taking on waves twice the size of his ego, Rob is in charge of making the phones ring, telling stories and dreaming up sensational new ideas for new and ongoing projects. Rob's degree in Sports Science and business experience make him ideal for his role in promoting adrenalin activities.; View a Larger Image
Phill: Our TM (Technical Manager); Phill is the Senior Geek in the company planning, deploying, and managing the various systems and applications used by Red Rush. He's an avid follower of many "alternative" activities but his main adrenalin fix is rock-climbing and bouldering, saying "nothing can focus the mind like hanging by 2 fingers 80ft in the air." Rebecca: Our SM (Sales Manager); Having travelled and worked around the world, Rebecca always takes the time to try something new and crazy in each country. From high speed dune driving through the desert in Dubai to cave tubing in Belize, she certainly doesn't like the ordinary. Now safely back in the UK, she still dabbles in Quad Biking, Laser Combat and even the odd bungee jump to keep the blood pumping. Rebecca oversees the day to day running of our very lively Sales department, ensuring the sales team give all our customers the opportunity to 'bring out their wild side'; View a Larger Image
Toni: Our AM (Administration Manager); As a regular visitor to our karting and quad circuits, Toni is renowned for her fearless, daredevil driving and competitive streak on the track. When it comes to quads she can even drive up trees! (don't attempt this please it was an unplanned crazy moment) When she's not in the office, she can be found in the gym on the rowing machine, trying to outpace her neighbours! But in her books, nothing beats a high octane rollercoaster for that ultimate adrenaline rush! Despite her crazy antics Toni is the most organised and efficient Admin Manager we have ever worked with.; View a Larger Image
Shelly: Our AM (Accounts Manager); Shelly is a whirling dervish in the office. It is a wonder the carpet doesn't spark as she rushes up and down the place sorting out our accounts. This and being a mum to three hyper-active boys under ten is all she needs for her current adrenalin rush. They like taking her on what they call 'commando walks' on which she is on constant alert as they scale trees, slide down embankments into rivers and generally go crazy. Shelly loves the outdoors and was talked into bungee jumping a few years back, from which she had a sore throat for three days from screaming. She would like to try mountain biking through a forest as her next adrenalin 'buzz'.; View a Larger Image
